If you promote a Saved Set's definition, no actual records are promoted. Instead, any
of the records in Production that belong to the Saved Set in Staging, are added to a Saved Set
in Production that has the same name as the Saved Set in Staging.
To promote a Saved Set's definition:
- Log into the EnterWorks Classic UI.
- Open the desired repository, open the Saved Sets tab, and select the Saved Set whose definition you want to promote.
- Open the Utilities dropdown menu and select Promote Saved Set.
- A confirmation window will open that asks if you want to promote the Saved Set definition. Click Promote saved set.
