A Transmission Option is an object that defines the method of transmitting an exported file to a destination. It stores information such as the protocol used, modifications to the resulting file name, destination, and any necessary destination-imposed user authentication. Transmission option objects have different sets of configuration settings depending on the type of transmission options they are. A transmission option can be used by more than repository.
