Do the following from the management system:

From the command line type SETMMXPCY and press F4 (Prompt).

For the Data group definition, specify the full three-part name.

Press Enter to see all the policies and their current values.

Specify a value for the policy you want defined for the data group. Use F1 (Help) to view descriptions of possible values.

To accept the changes, press Enter.
