To display the current journal receiver size options for journals used by MIMIX, do the following from the system where the source journal definition is located:

  1. Enter the command installation-library/WRKJRNDFN 

  2. Next to the journal definition for the system you are on, type a 17 (Work with journal attributes).

  3. View the Receiver size options field to see how the journal is configured. The value should indicate support for large journal entries. The values *MAXOPT2 and *MAXOPT3 support journal entries up to 4 GB.
