Assure MIMIX

In a data group configured for single-threaded database apply processing, you can implement keyed replication for an entire data group or for individual data group file entries. If you configure a data group for keyed replication, MIMIX uses keyed replication as the default for all processing of all associated data group file entries. If you configure individual data group file entries for keyed replication, the values you define in the data group file entry override the value in the data group for the identified file.

Attention: If you attempt to change the file replication from *KEYED to *POSITION, a warning message will be returned that indicates that the position of the file may not match the position of the file on the backup system. Attempting to change from keyed to positional replication can result in a mismatch of the relative record numbers (RRN) between the target system and source system.
