Role/Permissions Permissions

Global Admin

Can perform any action on the Automate Studio Administrator site with regards to licenses, administration, and so on. This is the highest level of permissions.

Reports Admin

Can view usage reports on the Automate Studio Administrator site.

License Admin

Can perform the following actions on the Automate Studio Administrator site:

  • View all licenses owned by them.
  • Assign these license to other users.
  • Unassign license from users.
  • Select one or more licenses owned by them and transfer to other license administrators.
  • Remove licenses and return back to the Global Admin ownership.

None

If no permissions are assigned, a user can still do the following:

  • Use a product for which a license is assigned.
  • View reports for their own usage, but not for any others (example, Report Admins or the Global Admin.)
