Automate Studio

With Automate Studio Administrator you can manage licenses and permissions for all your Automate products. You will also receive notifications before licenses expire. In addition, you can use Studio Administrator to generate and view usage reports to track ROI (Return on Investment).

Automate Studio Administrator also offers license users self-service for updating passwords, names, and contact information.

With Automate Studio Administrator, a license is connected to a user, not to a specific computer. Licenses are portable, so users can move departments or even offices, without complicated intervention on the individual computer.

Note: The *.precisely.com addresses should be allowed through your firewall on ports 80 and 443.

Once you receive notification that your new Automate Studio Administrator site is available and that you have been made a site administrator, you can take the following steps:

The difference between Global Admin and a Reports Admin

A Global Admin is the topmost role in an organization's Automate Studio Administrator site. The Global Admin can manage all licenses on your Studio Administrator site.

For more information on the Reports admin role, see User roles and permissions.

Sign In & Sign Out

  • Automate Studio Administrator Login will support email address format only. The user should always log in with email ID used during onboarding of that user.
  • If you are already logged into the browser and launch the Studio Administrator Site (SSO mode), you will not directly login to the application, instead you to enter the username first and then login to the site.
  • If you open the Automate Studio Administrator Site with Single Sign-On (SSO) and you are already logged into the browser, type username before accessing the application.
  • In the Auth0 Okta situation, if you sign out of the application, close the browser, and reopen it, you will be automatically logged in with the same credentials, making it easier and avoiding the need to enter credentials again for a smoother user experience.
  • After signing out and choosing 'Go back to the site,' or simply closing the browser, you will need to log in again when you return.
