Using Tags in Reports

The tag feature allows Global Admin and Report Admin users to search and filter, based on custom tags. This makes it easier to analyze data based on your organization's structure.

Tags can be based on criteria such as:
  • Department (e.g., Finance, HR)
  • Region (e.g., EMEA, NorthAmerica)
  • Team or role (e.g., Team-A, Manager)
  • Any other classification relevant to your reporting needs
The Tags feature is available in the following reports only:
  • All Users Report
  • Transaction Usage Report
  • Query Usage Report
Note: Tags must be assigned in the user details or the Tag(s) column when uploading users through the template file. For details, refer to Add a single user and Add multiple users.
