Account Lockout Policy
- If a user enters an invalid password 6 times, the account will be temporarily locked, and the following message will be displayed: Your account has been locked due to multiple invalid password attempts. Please try again after 15 minutes.

Precisely SSO Users: For users authenticated via Precisely SSO, the account will be automatically unlocked by Precisely OKTA after 15 minutes.

Federated IDP Users: For customers using their own Federated IDP, locked accounts must be unlocked by their organization's administrator.
