Perform these steps to export/import bulk user details from Connect to Automate Studio Administrator.

  1. Have your License Admin log in to the Winshuttle Connect site.
    Note: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at connect.winshuttle.com
  2. Click the Licenses navigation menu option on the left panel.
  3. Click the Export button to download a list of your current users and their license assignment in Winshuttle Connect.
    Note:
    1. Depending on how many users/licenses you have this may take several minutes.
    2. Please contact our support team if you do not see an exported file after 10 minutes.
  4. In the Automate Studio Administrator click the Users navigation menu option on the left panel.
  5. In the Manage tab, click Import From Excel option.
  6. Click Attach File and select downloaded Winshuttle Connect template.
  7. Click Submit .You will receive a success message.
  8. Verify that all your users and license assignments are correct. The dashboard will show your total number of users and total number of licenses unassigned.
    Note: If you do not see all your users added to the site, please re-check your import file for any issues. If there are none, please contact our Customer Support team.
  9. Download Automate Studio version 24.0 and above, from Precisely PDX for each of your end users.
  10. Check our Best Practices Guide to upgrading your Automate Studio desktop clients.
  11. After all users have upgraded Automate Studio to version 24.0, you should upgrade your Automate Function Module to version 24.0 in SAP as well.
