Download the database. It will be downloaded as a zip file. Unzip the database
before proceeding with the installation.

Follow the prompts during the rest of the installation process. Disregard and
click No to the database load error message that appears;
this error is inconsequential to the installation.

Define a new UAM International database resource in Management Console.

Update all jobs, services, and the Validate Address service in Management Console to use the new International Postal Database resource.
