Download the database. It will be downloaded as a zip file. Unzip the database
before proceeding with the installation.

To install this database via download, you need to enter the following command
before sourcing setup, because the database is over 3GB in size:
USE_LARGE_FILE_API=1; export USE_LARGE_FILE_API

Source the <SpectrumLocation>/server/bin/setup script by typing this command:
../setup

From <SpectrumLocation>/server/bin enter the
installdb_unc command to run the Universal Addressing
Module database loader, and select International Subscription.

Follow the prompts during the rest of the installation process.

Define a new UAM International database resource in Management Console.

Update all jobs, services, and the Validate Address service in Management Console to use the new International Postal Database resource.
