The data content and the folder hierarchy in the product file for StreetPro Display and StreetPro Navigation Premium are similar to the images below.
Using StreetPro products for Hungary as an example, the following illustrates the typical contents of the product zip bundle for StreetPro Navigation Premium (Extended TAB file format variant). The picture also includes information about how other StreetPro variants like StreetPro Display and also the other file format variants have a similar folder hierarchy:
The content of each folder within the DATA folder is explained and illustrated further.
- Content within _basemaps,
_classic_layers, _navigation_layers, _extras, and
_metadata can be seen in the screenshot below:Note: These data layers use country name abbreviations in the file names. These abbreviations are listed in the Country Abbreviations table of the appendix.
- Data within _display_layers folder
is shown below:
- The old_id to new_id.tab file provided in the _extras
folder (available only with StreetPro Navigation Premium) can be used to
map the new format Feature IDs to the old format Feature
IDs included in the StreetPro Navigation Premium products. This
is especially beneficial for users who are more familiar with the old
format IDs and who want to use new StreetPro Navigation Premium data in
conjunction with the products released prior to the 2019.12 data
vintage. The content of this table is illustrated below:
Table 1. Old ID to New ID Lookup Table Field Name Data Type (Length) Index Description NEW_FEATUREID CHAR (36) Yes Unique feature identifier within this country OLD_FEATUREID_CHAR CHAR Yes Old Feature Identifier - character value OLD_FEATUREID_INT DECIMAL (17, 0) Yes Old Feature Identifier - numeric value - The only deviation from the above folder-hierarchy is in the case of _display_layers and _classic_layers folders for the USA and Canada. These two further include sub-folders containing the data files for each state/province and a _seamless folder that consist of data spanning the complete country.
- The _extras folder for the USA and Canada consists of the
Autoloader tool. The _extras folder for the
USA also consists of the Bonus data content:
- For some countries, the _extras folder also contains the admin_unclipped data. For more details refer to Non-shorelined/Unclipped Administrative Layers
The _changelog folder contains information about the changes in the database relative to the last release, wherever available. No data files are included in this folder.
Detailed information about each of these data layers and the extras content is discussed in the chapters below.
