Postcodes - ****pc.tab
The Postcodes layer consists of polygons representing the boundaries of unique postcodes.
Postcode Points - ****pcp.tab
The Postcodes Point layer provides individual postal locations, including post offices. The first four digits of the six digit postcode point value denotes the postal boundary code it falls within. The layer is only available in the following countries:
- Hong Kong
- Indonesia
- Macao
- Malaysia
- Philippines
- Singapore
- Taiwan
- Vietnam
- India
- Thailand
Postcode and Area* Index Table - ****pc_ Area* _index.tab
This table lists area names and the postcodes with which they are associated. It is only available for the following countries:
- Hong Kong
- Indonesia
- Macao
- Malaysia
- Philippines
- Singapore
- Taiwan
- Vietnam
- India
- Thailand
In Singapore, the area name will be the name of a City Development Area. In
Indonesia, it will be the name of a desa. In Thailand, it will be the name of
a tambon, while in all other countries it will be a locality name.
Note: Data for some countries will contain only the Postcode Points (PCP) layer, without the
Postcodes (PC) and Postcode Index layers.
