In Windows, click Start>Control Panel > Regional
and Language Options. Click the Advanced tab and change the
language in the drop-down menu to that of the language for which you wish to view
special characters (e.g. Russian for Cyrillic characters).
Note: The computer will need
to be restarted before changes become visible. The settings must be set back to
English once you are finished using the StreetPro tables, as other applications will
be affected.
