Users of StreetPro Navigation Premium can customize the line style and color of street segments. This functionality can be used to indicate specific situations on street segments, such as a section of road undergoing long-term maintenance, or a group of streets that make up a sanitation pickup route.

To edit the line style and color of a Classic street:

  1. Open the Geocode1 table (SSGeocode1 for the particular state) in a Map window.
  2. Click the Layer Control button on the Main toolbar to display the Layer Control dialog box, and make the Geocode1 layer editable.
  3. Select all the streets to be modified.
  4. Select Line Stylefrom the Options menu. The Line Style dialog box displays. Select a line style, color and width, and click OK.
  5. MapInfo Pro applies the styles you have chosen to the selected streets. To save your changes, select the Save Table option from the File menu.

Temporary style changes can also be made when a layer is first opened from the Autoloader. From the Open dialog box in Autoloader, click the Default Display Options button to access the Options dialog box. Check the Display Style Override dialog box and make changes to any or all of the available styles.
