The Oneways table contains arrows indicating the direction of travel on one-way
streets. It does not contain one-way arrows for roundabouts, slip roads, motorways or
dual carriageways. These road classes are assumed to be one-way by default. This table
is meant for display only and therefore may not contain a point for every one-way
street.
