An alternate dataset – MB-International Digital Boundaries for United Kingdom Postcode Sectors – was utilized in the 2024 release for the aggregation of harmonized 2011 Census Output Area data to the Postcode Sector level. If required for display and spatial analytical purposes, MBI Postcode Sector boundaries can be licensed separately, as of this release. Contact your Precisely representative to license the correct boundary product (MBI vintage 2023, released March 2024).
Postcode Sector boundaries are not joined to the census demographic data in this product, so MapInfo Pro-format product files at the Postcode Sector level are not mappable, but can be viewed in a browser window as tabular data.
The structure of the data schema workbook was updated in this release. Changes include re-ordering of columns and the addition of several new columns.
