To install Consumer Vitality (USA), copy all the files from the compressed delivery file into a unique directory, one that is separate from any program or application directories. Be sure to also copy the data schema and statistics workbooks, found in the documentation folder.
Consumer Vitality (USA) is delivered with an accompanying PreciselyID file containing the PBKEY-to-TIGER/Line 2023 (Census 2020) Block Group code lookup table, in pipe-delimited text format. This lookup table is located in the data > PreciselyID subfolder, separate from product files. The lookup table's data schema is located in the product data schema workbook, found in the documentation folder of the product delivery file. The lookup table enables users to join dataset attributes to addresses that have been assigned a PBKEY. Note that address products are released more frequently than Consumer Vitality (USA).
In the pipe-delimited version, the data > boundary subfolder contains a boundary text file for the Block Group level of geography, with geometry provided in the WKT format.
