This document outlines the cumulative changes for currently supported releases of World Postcode and Administrative Boundaries, beginning with version 2023.11. It includes new features, changes and enhancements introduced in each release, and known issues and planned future updates (if applicable). Releases are presented in descending order from newest to oldest.
