Master Location Data (MLD) version compatibility was updated to MLD version 2023.08.
Date values in the following fields of the GE_FLOOD_RISK_USA.txt and GE_FLOOD_RISK_USA.h2.db files are now standardized:
- MAP_EFF_DATE
- LOMR_DATE
- INIT_FHBM
- INIT_FIRM
