Residential Boundaries provides geographic boundaries, name, and other location and classification attribution that defines the extent and character of residential neighborhoods. Each residential area in the product is built using rigorous product definitions and production controls. The result is that each residential polygon covers an area of which at least 90% is comprised of residential housing (single family homes, apartment or condominium complexes, etc.). Our robust data acquisition system helps ensure that the most current and complete resources are used to map and name each residential area.
