Additional shoreline improvements were made to Alaska and portions of Massachusetts, completing the shoreline review initiative.
A change was made to reassign cluster box statistics from the USPS delivery stats file into Multi Family Dwelling Unit (MFDU) counts from Single Family Dwelling Unit (SFDU) counts. Research shows that the majority of cluster boxes occur in multi-family units.
