The following changes were introduced in this release:
- ZIP Code layers that do not contain any filler (MX-prefix) ZIP Codes were introduced to support certain use cases, enabling users to assign real ZIP Codes to contiguous areas of the United States. Standard ZIP Code boundary layers remain unchanged. Files included in this product are listed below. New files appear in italics:

NoFill change logs will be present in the November 2024 (2024.11) release, after there is a previous version for comparison.
- Deleted and added ZIP Codes in the change log are now calculated using the ZIP centroids layer to give a more accurate accounting of unique ZIP Codes that were added and removed.
- The format of the zip_code_boundaries_and_centroids_data_schema.xlsx workbook was updated in this release. This change implemented the inclusion of new fields. Refer to this link for more information: Community Announcement on Schema Changes.
