A separate high-resolution postal layer supports the most granular postal polygons for a select group of countries. These datasets have much higher feature counts because they represent extremely localized postal delivery. Because these datasets are very large and because they may not be ideal for certain uses cases (such as analytics or establishing regions), the decision was made to provide this data in a separate layer. Less-granular postal boundaries still exist in the standard postal layers for these countries:
