Increase in fill rate for replace_calc field for Multi-Family Residential
properties
Improvements were made to the algorithm for calculating replacement cost values (REPLACE_CALC) for Multi-Family Residential properties. This change has increased the fill rate for Multi-Family residential properties from 14.46% to 42.82% and overall fill rate has increased from 61.09% to 63.47%.
