You can filter asset lists to show only items that are owned by a specific user or user role.
You can configure ownership filters for these asset types:
Business Asset types
Technical Asset types
Rule types
Model types
Policy types

Select the appropriate asset type.

Click the Add filter token, positioned below the Search field.

Select System Fields, followed by Owned By.
A list displays one user entry for each role that they have been assigned.
You can also search for users or roles with the Search field, positioned at the top of the list.

Select one or more entries.
The list grid is updated accordingly.
If only one user entry is selected, the corresponding filter field token displays the entry details.
If multiple entries are selected, the token displays the number of users. When you hover over the token, a tooltip displays the details of the entries.
