Spacers add blank space to dashboards. They are helpful for dashboard design and can even be used as a holding place for another dashlet if you intend to finish a dashboard later.
After you have added a Spacer to your dashboard, you can use the top toolbar to edit border settings:
- On the Dashboard page, select the spacer.
- Click the Edit button on the toolbar.
In the Edit Spacer dialog, you can use the Borders tab to configure the color and thickness of the dashlet border. If no settings are defined in the Borders tab, the dashboard's global border settings are applied to the dashlet.
