Once installation is complete, Python 2 cannot be added or removed directly.
To install Python 2 post-installation:
- Restore your environment from a backup taken prior to the original installation.
- Re-run the installer and select the Python 2 option.
To uninstall Python 2
- Restore your environment from a backup.
- Re-run the installer and deselect the Python 2 option.
Note: These actions are only possible through restore and
reinstallation. Direct installation or removal of Python 2 after installation is not
supported.
