If EXITS1 or EXITS2 is specified as YES, indicating that the ACS exits are to be called, and an EXITLIB parameter is not present, then ACS/QA must run from an APF-autho- rized library. The exits will not be loaded if the library is unauthorized. If EXITS1 or EXITS2 are specified and the EXITLIB parameter is not present, the active ACS exits, if any, are called. If the EXITS1 or EXITS2 parameter are specified or defaulted to NO, or if an EXITLIB parameter is not present, then ACS/QA does not need to run from an APF- authorized library.
