This layer shows the conditions of Closed-to-traffic in combination with the road link (RLA1nn.tab and RLB1nn.tab, etc.) specified with a day of week or time. When Closed-to-traffic code (NOPASS_C) is "conditional", the condition is described in this table. Two or more conditions may be applied to Closed-to-traffic. Closed-to-traffic statuses are in the relation of 1:N (Road link: Closed-to-traffic status).

There is no Null value in each field. They are cases of the day of week specification only, time specification (FROM_HOUR, FROM_MIN, TO_HOUR, TO_MIN), month/day specification (FROM_MO, FROM_DAY, TO_MO, TO_DAY) or specific day/day of the week/time of month specification. In that case, values are stored in the filed according to the following table.
