An Activity Averages Report displays the average time that a work item takes to move through an activity within a process flow.

  1. To run an Activity Averages Report, click Activity Averages in the Navigator Pane, then select the process flow type and the specific flow name in the content pane.

  2. Click Generate Report. The results of the Activity Averages Report are displayed.

The name of the process flow appears at the top left corner, the date and time the report was run appears in the top right corner. The report summarizes the activity averages for each activity and actor in the selected process flow. You can print the results of the report by clicking the Print button on your browser.

Note: You can click any of the column headers in the report to sort the data on that header.
