Setting the Refresh Rate - EnterWorks_Process_Exchange_(EPX) - 10.6

The refresh rate determines how frequently information is updated in Process Flow Monitor. To set the refresh rate:

1. Click the Refresh Rate button on the toolbar. The Refresh Rate Setting window appears.

2. Enter the rate at which you want the Process Flow Monitor data to be refreshed, either by typing or by clicking the up and down arrows to specify a number.

The allowable refresh rate for an entire flow is from 00:05 to 30:59.

For a single work item, the allowable rate is from 00:00 to 30:59.

3. Click OK.
