A work item viewer usually limits the information that participants at this activity can see or change in the work item. If you do not choose a specific viewer, the participant receives the work item in the default viewer assigned to the flow.
If the activity’s editor is not already open, right-click the activity’s icon, and then click Properties in the shortcut menu.
Click the Viewers tab.
Select a viewer to be used for the work item by clicking the cell in the Viewer column and clicking the viewer in the list that appears. The available viewers are limited to those that have been made available to the flow. If the viewer does not appear in the list, then it has not yet been added to the current flow. Note: Presently, the only available client type is Browser; therefore, you cannot modify the Client Type column.
