When viewing work item versions listed in a TaskManager Inbox, Sentbox or Draftbox, it is helpful to be able to see specific properties of each work item version without having to open work item versions individually. To facilitate this, EPX allows you to create “Box Profiles,” which are predefined filters that can be applied to Inbox, Sentbox and Draftbox views in TaskManager. (For more information on applying Box Profiles within TaskManager, see the TaskManager guide.)

To create a Box Profile, you must know the names of the keys whose values you want to display in that Box Profile. Both system properties and user-defined properties can be displayed. After the key names are certain, you can create the Box Profile by defining its contents, assigning it to one or more flows, and selecting which users should have access to it.

You can create as many Box Profiles as necessary.
