As described in the previous section, you can set up security in two methods:
Assign access privileges through individual object editors. For example, assign access privileges for a process flow through the Process Flow editor. Using this method, you are specifying which users or groups can access this object and with what privileges.
Assign access privileges through the User and Group editors. Using this method, you are specifying which objects the selected user or group can access and with what privileges.
