Some work items require you to assign a priority level before sending the work item on to the next participant. To specify the priority of a work item you are processing:
Open the work item.
At the bottom of the work item, click one of the priority levels in the Priority List.
If you have completed the work item, click Send. To save the work item so that you can complete it later, click Save.
A list of available priorities is displayed in the work item viewer only if multiple priorities have been configured for that process flow and priority modification has been enabled for the activity.
