If the EPX administrator has configured your system to permit file attachments, you may attach files of any type to a work item before sending it to the next participant. There is no limit to the number of files that you may attach to a work item. However, the EPX administrator does specify the maximum file size that is allowed for an attachment.

When viewing a work item, file attachments are shown at the bottom of the window: To add or remove file attachments, click Edit and then follow the instructions on the Edit page.

Note: If the attachment’s file size exceeds the limit configured by your EPX system administrator, then an error message will appear and the system will not upload the attachment.
