What is the purpose of Transfer Current Labels?
If you have a Map window with labels, you may want to convert those labels into text objects, so that you can save the labels in a permanent table. You will also want to convert labels into text objects if you want your labels to grow larger as you zoom in. Text objects grow larger as you zoom in; labels do not.
When is Transfer Current Labels active?
When the MapBasic LABELER.MBX is running and the Map window is the active window.
How do I access Transfer Current Labels?
On the Tools menu, click Label Functions and Transfer Current Labels.
