Support for GeoPackage 1.2 - MapInfo_Pro - 2023

MapInfo Pro now supports GeoPackage specification version 1.2. we have also added support for non-mappable GeoPackage tables as per the 1.2 GeoPackage specifications. For details, see Displaying your GeoPackage Data
