A table in Access must have an auto-counter column with a unique index or primary key set on that column. Otherwise, MapInfo Pro will alter the table to fit this requirement.
The Access table being brought into MapInfo Pro must be a flat Access table, for example, the table must not contain fields that point to data in other Access tables.
Memo, OLE, and Replication ID field types from an Access table will not be brought into MapInfo Pro.
Text field length cannot exceed 2047 characters. If the length exceeds 2047 characters, the field is brought in as read-only.
