Issue: A messages displays for every instance of MapInfo Pro or Runtime that is currently open when the Bing Service Update utility is run.
Fix: Close the program, and re-run the Bing Service Update utility from the command prompt using the following flags to save messages to a log file. In the following example BingUtility.log is the name of the log file.
