What is the purpose of Legend Properties?
If there is no legend selected in the Legend window, then the Properties command will display the Legend Window Properties dialog box, which allows you to modify the Legend window.
If a single legend is selected in the Legend window, then the Legend Frame Properties dialog box opens, which allows you to modify the legend frame.
