MapInfo Pro contains options that bring the Internet into your mapping sessions and bring your maps to the Internet. Using active objects and the HotLink command, you can launch Internet URLs or files directly from objects or labels on your map. For example, you can link a location on your map to a Web site for more information or to an image file that shows more details about the location.
