Disconnecting from a remote database server is a simple operation.
To disconnect from a remote database server:
- On the HOME tab, click Close DBMS.
- In the Close DBMS Connection dialog box, the Connection list displays all the open connections. Select the connection(s) you want to close and click OK.
The selected connection(s) close.
Note: You cannot disconnect if you have a live table open using the connection you are trying to close.
