What is the purpose of Bing License Key?
If you have a saved workspace containing a Bing Tile Server layer or a map with objects and vector layers on it, and your Bing key is invalid; you will be unable to open the workspace properly. The workspace would open, but without the tile server layer. To resolve this, re-enter a valid Bing license key to the Bing Tile Services.

When you are connected to a license server.
How do I access Bing License Key?
On the PRO tab, click Licensing, and Bing License Key to open the Bing Key Credential dialog box.
