This chapter describes how to view the Service Maps after the mapping job has run. To see the results of running the mapping job, perform the following steps:
In ServiceNow, search for Application Service.
Select the Configuration > Application Service option.
Click the Service you want to see the Service Map for.
Once the Service details have loaded, click the View Map button in the upper right corner.
The CIs that meet the patterns defined for the service will be included in the map.
Each time the mapping job is run, any CIs that no longer meet the pattern criteria will be removed from the Service Map, this also includes any manually added CIs.
