What is it?
Confirmation that the credentials added into Ironstream IBM i Service Mapping Credentials have successfully loaded.
What if not present?
This indicates that there is a problem with the credentials. There may be error messages in the log stating what occurred when the mapping job attempted to load the credentials.
Recommended course of action:
Check for the presence of other information messages previously documented in this chapter.
Refer to the chapter “Creating the ServiceNow Credentials” to check that the current credentials are configured correctly.
Check whether there are any errors recorded in the log and report these to Precisely Support. Refer to the section “Error Messages”.
