In the Ironstream IBM i Service Mapping app, you can access the system properties from the System Properties table. To change the properties the user requires the Admin Role.
To access them, perform the following steps:
In ServiceNow, in the Search field, enter sys_properties.list and press Enter. Note: This should bring you to the System Properties List View.
In the Application field, enter Ironstream IBM i Service Mapping.
