What is it?
Confirmation that the credentials added into Ironstream Mainframe Service Mapping Credentials have successfully loaded.
What if not present?
This is indication that there is a problem with the credentials. There should be error messages available stating what prevented the credentials from being loaded.
Recommended course of action:
Check for the presence of other information messages previously documented in this chapter.
Refer to “Chapter 5. Creating the ServiceNow Credentials” to check the current Credentials are configured correctly.
Check for any errors that are present in the log and report these to Ironstream Support. See Chapter 10, section “Error Messages”.
